Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as customized products or final sale items, are not eligible for return.
- How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact us at info@partikule.co with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide instructions for the return process.
Refunds
- Inspection Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange a product, contact us at info@partikule.co to arrange a replacement.
